πŸ†“ Free Plan Limit

  • You get 1 alert submission as a free trial

  • This submission never expires and gives you full access to:

    • Our AI detection engine

    • A full threat assessment

    • The result inside both the app and iMessage

This is a one-time freebie β€” no subscription or credit card required.

πŸ’Ž Paid Plan Limits (Individual Use)

  • Paid plans include up to 30 alerts per month

  • The limit resets automatically on the first day of each calendar month

  • Each submission (in either the app or iMessage) counts as 1 alert

You can view your alert history any time in the Alerts tab of the app.

🏒 Business Use & Higher Limits

SmishAlert supports larger-scale deployment for organizations, MSPs, and MSSPs.

  • Business plans and enterprise deployments can support higher volume alert usage

  • If you're managing multiple users, or need alert intake at scale, contact us for a custom deployment plan

πŸ” What Happens If I Hit My Limit?

If you reach your 30-alert limit:

  • You’ll see a message letting you know

  • You’ll be prompted to optionally purchase a single-use alert

πŸ“Ž Pro Tips

  • Submitting the same screenshot more than once still counts as multiple alerts

  • Each screenshot is analyzed independently, so only submit once per suspicious message
